Are you passionate about customer service? Do you love managing challenging projects, building relationships, ensuring product adoption, and delivering value?

We are looking for someone who can join our Implementation Success team, with the main focus on following up and empowering our new customers, ensuring successful first results and impressions of the value of our solution.

This role requires strategic thinking to see the big picture, effective communication skills to influence customers, tenacity and attention to detail to meet deadlines.

You will serve national and international clients with different levels of knowledge and needs, concerning technology and the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper handoff between Sales and CS teams;
  • Onboard new customers, understand the business, align expectations and educate the customer on how to configure the chatbot to better meet their needs;
  • Build trusting relationships with customers to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience, turning into long-term business relationships;
  • Engage the customer throughout the entire process, ensuring a healthy handoff to the Customer Success team;
  • Ensure delivery of the first value, empowering the customer to maximize their results;
  • Being a protagonist in the construction of increasingly better IS processes.

Job requirements

  • A bachelor degree obtained or in progress;

  • Experience in areas related to customer service (onboarding or ongoing);

  • Availability to work 40 hours a week;

  • Experience in the hotel market;

  • Fluent or Advanced English;

  • Fluent or Advanced Spanish;


Nice-to-haves (not required):

  • Experience in the SaaS market;
  • Customer service background (onboarding or ongoing);
  • Negotiation skills;
